What is ‘Culture’? and why important to understand what exactly is culture?!

According to ‘Mass Communication In Canada’ book culture as Raymond points out, it is”one of the two or three most complicated words in the English language” (Williams, 1958: 87). It is used to indicate a “particular way of life, whether of people, a group, or humanity in general.” From this perspective, culture includes “knowledge, belief, art, morals, law, custom, and any other capabilities acquired by man as a member of society” (Thompson, 1990: 128).

In other words, culture is part of our life. Culture is the invisible thing which ties people together. we are practicing culture. culture is learned, people learn culture from each other every day. That’s what makes us groups, religions, and Themes. everyone parts of a culture, and again it’s the way how we life.

We can see many examples about culture in our life, starting from how people react to Hollywood line production costumes, games, and movies. And how people become part of music or art culture.
